2002-02-07 something about today reminds me of vermont. it's wet but slightly warm. it's like a rainy day in april in vermont. it's cozy wet, not cold wet. and it smells like wet concrete, wet grass, wet skin and hair ...and damp heat. the only thing missing to finish off the vermont-likeness was the smell of manure. because the smell of cow poop makes any place smell like home. |
